I told him i thought his actions were immoral, unethical and illegal and all he was doing was damaging his reputation and pissing off the wider web development community. Here's his response... I really don't need my 'electronic reputation to be intact'. So what if 1 million people read about this? 999,000 will forget about it within minutes.
