| December 13, 2005 | Category: Web Nerdery

Here is my opinion of the current trend in ‘Web 2.0′; expressed in Haiku form :)

It’s not true Haiku due to the lack of a seasonal reference (and probably other reasons).
Corrected :)

Truly beautiful. You could also substitute “Google” in there. Fortunately, it’s two syllables as well.

I am a haiku writer. Currently part of World Haiku Review staff
The haiku is a true haiku. I would say it is both a “vanguard” and a “computer” haiku which are very well-knowned

Unfortunately for Relapse, it turns out that Ruby is actually a gem (har!) of a language, and Rails is a damn clever set of tools that could only arise out of something so well designed and plain beautiful.

But then again, the people that don’t bother to investigate, rather just hop on the buzzword (or buzzword bashing! lolz!) bandwagon, are probably better left behind anyway.

Now, how do I make the emoticon wearing sunglasses and smoking a cigarette?

P.S. Nice haiku, Andrew. Oh, and I’m coming back soon.. better make sure you have a pair of spare knickers lying around..

I had nothing to do with that asshat’s rise to power, and I resent your implications to the contrary!

Looking ahead to the upcoming gubernatorial elections in Minnesota, however.. I think a certain Jonathon “The Impaler” Sharkey has a good chance at securing my vote.
